Yes, he's a Pooh The Bear. But not the Disneyish sort.

Pooshkin was given to MOATMAI by the same person who sent him Gund and Ting. Pooshkin was spared Ting's fate; he arrived safe and sound and immediately conquered MOATMAI's heart. MOATMAI always had a soft heart for Pooh The Bear.
