These images were once displayed on the front page of HellOnEarth. The challenge always is to use few colors so the images can be saved as GIFs with small file sizes. (All images are below 12 kbytes).Notes
The pills are heavily edited clip art from, I think, the IMSI Masterclips collection. The Audi symbol was created with Photoshop. The face in the top image is, in fact, musician John Cale. The font used for the text is called "Fette Engschrift". The "Whole Tooth" font is Cedar Street created by Brian Willson (www.typequarry.com).
