Summary: The Russian version has only 11 tracks, the Japanese version has 15 tracks. The international versions have a minimum of 12 and a maximum of 15 tracks. The three bonus tracks are "Vsya Moya Lyubov", "Lyudi Invalidi" and "Divine".
Japanese record-buyers get all three bonus tracks. UK buyers get two bonus tracks. German buyers get one bonus track. US buyers get no bonus tracks. Russian customers get the bonus tracks as part of the regular album listing.

At the time of this writing, the international releases of "Dangerous And Moving" are widely available.
Imports can be purchased at Amazon (usually at stunning prices):
www.cd-wow.com only seems to be selling the US version.
The Russian release "Lyudi-Invalidi" is available through several online retailers. Please be advised that you might have to enter the cyrillic spelling for Tatu into the search box (it's "Тату").
Good hunting!
Some sites carry a "Limited Edition" of Dangerous And Moving with a bonus Video DVD. (Can't be that limited because it's virtually available everywhere.)
The DVD includes the "uncensored" video for "All About Us". It also features a short documentary about the making of the video clip. (Oh joy.)
It also contains a remix pack of the song "Loves Me Not", which you can use to create your own mix of the song, using a PC.
The Limited Edition also comes with a poster and... hold on to your seat... sheet music for the song "Gomenasai".
Not enough Tatu for you? Try these links.
The Wikipedia is an online encyclopedia which accepts user contributions. The advantage: Everybody can supplement an existing article or create a new one. The disadvantage: Everybody can supplement an existing article. Don't base your homework on a Wikipedia entry.
Wikipedia entry for Tatu. Rather extensive, occasionally pretentious and somewhat fancrufty.
Wikipedia entry for Dangerous and Moving. Exhaustive and exhausting. But it doesn't compare the international versions side-by-side. Hah!
Wikipedia entry for Lyudi Invalidy. This entry explains that the Russian album doesn't refer to physically disabled people, but to people with "crippled souls". I didn't make this up, I swear.
You really want to know what they sing about, right? You want to know how the English-language lyrics compare to the English ones?
The Lyrics Site (actually they spell themselves "theLYRICSite", but I'm not 1337 enough to write that ) can help you. A nice fan site which allegedly does not only cover Tatu, but also "Russian Current Pop Culture".
